Applicants must have past work experience, are currently employed in, or have education and training in one of the following sectors in the past 3 years:

This sector utilizes innovative technologies to create new products, refine existing products, and perform production activities that will improve the quality and process of manufacturing. These technologies give manufactures a competitive edge by enhancing productivity, efficiency, and quality of the entire manufacturing value chain.
This sector includes but is not limited to: Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Machinery & Equipment, Chemicals, Consumer Goods -
This sector integrates technology, data analytics, and automation to improve agricultural practices. It modernizes agriculture by leveraging innovation to enhance productivity, sustainability, and profitability.
This sector includes: Primary Agriculture, Food & Beverage Processing and Manufacturing, Food Retail & Wholesale, Input & Service Suppliers, and Foodservice Providers.
Work experience is defined as any of the following:
Work experience can include volunteer work.
Work experience can be outside of Canada.
Work experience does not need to be three consecutive years.
Work experience must be outside of full or part-time studies (high school or post secondary).
Three years can be a combination of full-time or part-time paid/volunteer work, where full-time is defined as 30 or more hours per week and part-time is defined as less than 30 hours per week.

Entry level marketers that need to round out their skill set in more areas of digital marketing to boost their resumé and support the growth of the business they’re working for
